Prior to that, Tat Jin was the Organization Effectiveness Adviser for Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd from 1982 to 1995 and worked with line managers on issues relating to change management, organizational vision and values, capability assessment, organizational climate and business improvement.

Tat Jin was also a tutor-counselor for the University of Strathclyde's MBA program on Organization Development and Management of Human Resources from 1992 to 1996 and the University of Sheffield's Masters in Education program from 1992 to 1996.

In 2002, Tat Jin was appointed by the Government of Singapore to be a member of the Economic Review Sub-Committee (Impact of Economic Restructuring).

She is also a recognized Work-Life Consultant and Certified Master Coach, passionately involved as a resource speaker at numerous conferences on work-life strategies, and in training and certification of consultants.

Also an International Certified Partner of Inscape Publishing Group, Helen is authorized to certify and coach industry practitioners on OD applications of psychometric tools.

She serves on the School Advisory Committee of Temasek Polytechnic's Humanities and Social Sciences School, on the EXCO of Employer Alliance on Work-Life Strategies and the Board of I Love Children.

Helen holds a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Arts Specialization Degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta. She has also completed The Berkeley-Nanyang Advanced Management Program (BNAMP). Her initial career was in Rehabilitation and Counseling Psychology.

Yong Yong specializes in Organizational Development diagnosis and solutioning. She manages organizational capability survey projects to address alignment, structure or people issues, provides oversight in the domains of Talent Management & Succession Planning, 360-degree Feedback, Leadership Style and Competency Profiling. She is also a facilitator at Strategic Planning and Work-plan retreats.

Yong Yong graduated with a Bachelor of Science from National University of Singapore majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. She completed the Organizational Behavior module with Universitas 21 Global and the SMU Advanced Management Program.

Dr Mike Loh specializes in Organizational Development. He has been an OD practitioner for many years helping organizations to achieve their mission and vision. In transforming organizations, he diagnoses and audits the organization, help to craft out their strategic plan and develop systems and structures for implementation.

An Inscape Partners International Certified Partner, Mike is authorized to conduct certification and training on the Inscape products. He has conducted certification and training for clients in the education, government, corporate and social services sectors.

Mike holds a Doctorate in Physics.

Anne has more than ten years experience in the area of training and consultancy. She has also co-developed the organizations suite of service excellence programs and is also involved in working with clients to design and customize courseware materials.

Anne has a Masters in Business Administration, as well as Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Marketing from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment awarded by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.

At Capelle, Gordon is involved with 360 Degree Feedback, Diversity and Employee Engagement Surveys and Customer Centric Initiative projects. In addition to consultancy work, Gordon also looks into the information technology (IT) needs of the organization. Trained in business systems, he has the breadth and depth in both technical and business aspects of IT.

Gordon graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business Systems degree.
